With 20+ years of experience, I still had no formal qualification in HR & Admin and the moment that I got details of the course, its content and the structure, I knew this was it. I decided to accept the challenge to study again in order to obtain "a recognized TISS degree. What a journey it has been, and I am so thrilled I had the courage to 'take the plunge'. Being in banking sector, this program has given me in valuable insight of HR in companies. I find the course relevant to standard industry practices, interesting and easy to understand. The courses provided here has an integrated approach to personal and interpersonal effectiveness. Here I would like to talk about the career perspective. They are broad. Being a student of PGDM-HR; I got an internship in Vasan Health Care Pvt. Ltd (Corporate Office) as HR Generalist. Especially being an outstation candidate i am happy to talk about special support and guidance. The highest prized reasons for studies at SAPL - TISS are:
1. Interactive way of education, including many group activities, case studies, loads of presentations and performances according to everybody's interest.
2. Not studying by herd but studying with understanding and applying the knowledge into practice.

TISS is one of the best institutes in India for pursuing a PG DIPLOMA in Human Resource Management. However, it not being a regular B-School it's much more than that, it's a feeling, a notion, which one can only realize by being here. Its a place of cultures, traditions and ways of life. Being a part of Chemistry background it was very difficult for me to take decision to join TISS but now I realize I have taken a great call by joining TISS. For me it's like a transition from the best chemical school to the best HR school. But it would not have been possible without SALES ACADEMY PVT LTD, who have provided me such great platform to enhance myself and my career, being a fresher in the field of HR SALES ACADEMY have even provided me the practical knowledge for the same so great thanks to them. Once again TISS is one of those institutes in the country that creates a sense of empathy in the minds of its student.
